Easy to Plant...

Easy to Plant...

The VertiGarden module is designed to be planted using ‘starter’ or ‘plug’ plants. The KinderGarden range is ideal. The timing for planting and growing is just the same as planting a hanging basket or container. Once planted the module needs to be grown on in a suitable environment for about four weeks to allow the plants to become established before hanging. Take care! Depending on the plants being used you must remember the danger of frost and take adequate precautions. During this growing on period the module is grown horizontally and is watered overhead just like any tray of plants.

Another versatile aspect of the VertiGarden system is that it can be planted using 9cm (3") pot plants, so even in late spring or early summer you can still plant up a VertiGarden module. What’s more when planted with this size of product the module can be hung immediately!

VertiGarden™ can be sown direct with large seeded species such as Nasturtium or Basket Sweet Peas.

Full planting and installation instructions are included with every VertiGarden module.
